Lancer Capital Group

Lancer Capital Group is a holding company envisioned by William Sams, a junior at ETSU, who wants to help his hometown of Greeneville, TN become one of the best places to live and work in Tennessee. William has served as an intern with the Town of Greeneville and the Greene County Partnership, working to gain invaluable experience and knowledge of the needs of the community. LCG is also the parent of TriStar Trains, a new East TN business working to be YOUR East TN Model Railroad Resource! (tristartrains.com)

The eventual goal of LCG will be to provide research and report growth opportunities to businesses and local governments, partnering with other groups to develop property and businesses in Greene County, promoting Greene County and all it has to offer, and using acquired capital to invest directly in future developments. Our current focus is building our brand, TriStar Trains, but we are actively working on other projects that will be announced soon.
